                          ORDER ASSIGNING CASE AFTER REMAND

        This case has been remanded to the Superior Court by the District of Columbia Court of

Appeals. Consistent with Rule 40-I, the Court orders that this case is assigned to Civil 2

Calendar 10 and Judge Robert R. Rigsby. The Court schedules a status hearing before Judge

Rigsby in Courtroom 320 on December 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.1
