   why oral argument is likely to help the court make its decision. If the court
   grants your motion, it will email you further instructions.

   • Regular Calendar: If your case is scheduled for the Regular Calendar, a
   panel of judges will hear oral argument via videoconference, until further
   notice. Additional information will follow by email. Argument is limited to 15
   minutes per side, unless the court extends the time on its own initiative or grants
   a motion filed within 10 days of the date of this notice demonstrating good
   cause. The court will not ordinarily hear a party who failed to file a brief. You
   may file a motion asking to submit your case without argument but must appear
   at the scheduled time unless the court grants the motion.

   • En Banc Calendar: If your case is scheduled for the En Banc Calendar, the
   full court will hear oral argument via videoconference, until further notice.
   Additional information will follow by email. Argument is limited to 45 minutes
   per side, unless the court extends the time on its own initiative or grants a
   motion filed within 10 days of the date of this notice demonstrating good cause.
