     PRACIEPE FILING DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA’S AMENDED VAUGHN INDEX
                            AND DECLARATION

         As directed by the Court’s March 8, 2024 Order, the District of Columbia (the

  District) submits its Amended Vaughn Index and supporting declaration detailing the reasons

  for the redactions of 24 Office of Tax Revenue (OTR) Private Letter Rulings (PLRs) under

  the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that are responsive to Plaintiff’s October 8, 2019,

  FOIA request. See Exhibit A, Amended Vaughn Index.; see Exhibit B, Declaration of Bazil

  Facchina; see Exhibit C, OTR redacted rulings.
